Ojas application service — not the loan, and not the lender's fee

The lender’s own processing fee is separate, charged by them, and disclosed in the sanction letter before you accept.

No account needed — you can check out as a guest.

This buys the application service, not a sanction: a consultant reviews and submits your file, and no lender is obliged to approve. Cancel any time before a consultant opens your file for a full refund — write to hello@ojas.loans and it returns to the card you paid with; after that, you are refunded whatever remains undelivered. Prefer to talk first? ‘Talk it through’ above costs nothing.

Who this is for

Self-qualify honestly before you spend time on an enquiry.

Acquisition finance for taking over an operating venture — sized against the target's demonstrated cash flows, not just the buyer's balance sheet.

  • Target venture with 2+ years of operating history
  • Positive cash flows that cover the proposed EMI
  • Buyer equity contribution of 20%+

How it works

Three steps that happen today, and a fourth we name because it does not.

  1. 1

    Talk it through

A two-minute enquiry: purpose, amount, entity type and business vintage. No documents needed yet.

  2. 2

    A named consultant calls

Within one working day, your consultant maps your requirement against the shelf and confirms the exact document checklist.

  3. 3

    You get the file list

The document checklist for your entity type, an illustrative sizing band, and the questions a credit committee will ask — useful whoever you take it to.

  4. 4

And then it stops, for now

No lender is empanelled with Ojas Loans, so we cannot submit your file, and we will not take an application we have nowhere to carry.

Straight answers

The questions worth settling before you spend time on this product.

Can Ojas Loans get me this loan today?

No. No bank, NBFC, small finance bank or microfinance institution is empanelled with Ojas Loans, so there is nobody for us to submit a file to. Ojas is a lending service provider and is never the lender in any case — the loan agreement would always be between you and a regulated lender, with the money moving from that lender to your account directly. What this page is for today is working out whether this is the right product to ask for, and what you would need to produce.

Is the 13%–19% rate a quote?

No — treat it as illustrative. 13%–19% per annum is a band we publish to show what this family of credit typically costs in the Indian market; no lender has quoted it to us, because none is empanelled with us. A lender sets the actual rate by underwriting your file — financials, business vintage, banking conduct and security all move it.

What collateral will I need?

This is a secured product, so the lender will ask for collateral — what qualifies (property, machinery, deposits or receivables) and how it is valued is the lender's decision. Your consultant tells you the asked-for cover before the file goes in.

What fees will I pay?

Illustratively, a processing fee for this family of credit runs up to 2.5% of the sanctioned amount; the lender's actual fee is disclosed in its sanction letter before you accept. Nothing on this site charges you anything, and we publish how Ojas would be paid before you sign anything.

How fast will this move?

A named consultant calls within one working day of your enquiry, and you leave that call knowing what to assemble. Beyond that we cannot put a clock on it, because we have no lender to submit to — sanction and disbursal timelines belong to whichever lender you eventually approach.

Is Venture acquisition loan the right thing to ask for?

Talk it through with a consultant, or run the free checker first — four questions, computed in your browser, nothing sent anywhere. Ojas is a lending service provider, is never the lender, and has no lender empanelled yet, so this is advice and preparation rather than an application.
