Borrowers & enquiries
Questions about a loan family, your enquiry reference, documents your consultant asked for, or anything about a file in progress.
hello@ojas.loansEvery enquiry at Ojas Loans is carried by a named consultant — so when you write in, a person answers, typically within one business day (IST). We are a Lending Service Provider and are never the lender; and with no lender empanelled with us today, what a consultant can give you is an honest read on which credit fits and what to assemble, not a submission.

hello@ojas.loansCAs, ex-bankers, and franchise consultants joining the advisory network, and banks, NBFCs, small finance banks or MFIs willing to be the first lender on a panel that does not exist yet.

privacy@ojas.loansThe fastest path is a short enquiry about the business and what you need. You get a reference id straight away, and a named consultant calls within one working day to say which family of credit fits and what to assemble. It is free and involves no credit-bureau pull, and every band on this site is illustrative rather than a lender quote. It is not an application: no lender is empanelled with Ojas Loans, so there is nobody for us to submit a file to — and Ojas is never the lender in any case.
Advisors bring borrower relationships and work files on our workbench, with commission that is disclosed and transparent. The partner page covers who fits, how onboarding works, and how you get paid.
If something about your experience with Ojas Loans wasn’t right — a fee that wasn’t disclosed, advice that over-promised, or a file that stalled without explanation — write to grievance@ojas.loans. We acknowledge every grievance and respond within the timelines the law sets. Complaints about a sanctioned loan’s terms, disbursal, or collection belong with the regulated lender that holds your loan — your consultant will point you to the right channel if you’re unsure.
